Giannakopoulos Family | Grow Session | West Tisbury, Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts

I’ve had the good fortune to have worked with this beautiful couple first for their Spark Session, and then their unforgettable wedding on Martha’s Vineyard a few years back. I have loved getting to know them and their amazing family. Sometime back in the early Spring Nelson had reached out to me and said that he wanted give Karen a family session for Mothers Day! Originally we had wanted to do the session in the Western Massachusetts area, but as time passed and schedules became booked up, we found that doing the session on Martha’s Vineyard would be an even better option for this wonderful little family!

Eric and I decided to make a day of it and enjoyed every second. Its such a hefty trip to go to the Vineyard for just one day, but it was the only amount of time we could grab, so we took it! When we all connected finally it was simply wonderful, like seeing old friends. Nelson’s sister, Stephanie accompanied us and was CLUTCH in getting those oh so adorable smiles out of Carson for me. We had so many laughs, and talked about life and how fast time goes. It was honestly such a perfect afternoon! Afterwards Nelson + Karen had us over for some of the most AWESOME pizza before we headed home with full hearts and bellies, dreaming of our next trip to the island.
