In order to do that I make a custom plan with my clients that map out how we can best utilize our location to shoot, as well as the sun to best illustrate your love story. Living in New England, this isn't always possible. We have cold winters, and daylight savings where the sun sometimes sets around 430pm. Should you choose to get married during that time, rest assured that I will work hard to ensure that at least part of your collection has some of that style which you were initially drawn to. I also may suggest doing some formals prior to your ceremony, maybe a first look, or perhaps trying for an earlier timeline.

For my art I tend to believe that flash has its time and place, like receptions, or in rooms that are very dark or poorly lit. When faced with those challenging situations I will always supplement with additional lighting to capture the scene as needed.
