When I first met Danielle + Steve I felt an instant connection to them. They are without a doubt the perfect match for one another, and anyone who spends time with them would 100% agree! They have planned for an April wedding in Saratoga, New York, which I am so excited for! I have family in the area, so getting to photograph this awesome couple, then visit with my family as well is an extra special treat! We found that we had so many things in common, and it only made it even easier to want to work with these guys!

For their Spark Session these two decided they wanted to do their session at Umass Amherst, which is where they met. I hadn’t been there in SO LONG and I couldn’t believe how much the campus had changed. Fraternity Row is gone, and the buildings have been updated. It’s so much more sophisticated and manicured now, bringing some class the to university that I don’t recall when I used to visit friends who attended there.

We took our time and trotted around the pond chasing that beautiful summer light I love so much. After spending some time there we decided to head out to get a more country vibe with a view of the area to watch the sunset. Although there weren’t a ton of clouds, the light was perfect and illustrated the love and connection between these two perfectly!
