I don’t even know where to begin with these two. From their amazing Spark Session to their unforgettable wedding day, from start to finish working with these two was a dream. From those pale pinks, the the bowties and fun socks, there isn’t a single aspect of Ashley + Justin’s wedding that I would change. The day was filled with their styles, and you could feel their taste through the entire day.
Their service at Our Lady of Fatima was filled with joy and laughter, as friends and family looked on lovingly at the long awaited union of these two. Afterwards we headed to City Hall in downtown Springfield, which provided the backdrop for the elegant family formals we captured. It also provided the perfect backdrop for a romantic fairy tale feel that this princess and her prince charming deserved. The bridal party had lots of energy and were so much fun to be will all day. I wanted to make a fun bridal party for Ashley + Justin that summed up the feel of the day, and incorporated their tones so we went with none other than pale pink party poppers! Even to this day, I laugh out loud when I look at the image. It makes my heart light and fills me with smiles.
Upon arriving in their trolley, these two made their grand entrance and danced the night away with all their loved ones. Through heartfelt toasts made by Ashley’s sister, and Justin’s brother, and parent dances filled with affection and smiles, there wasn’t a dry eye in the place. Just after cutting their stunning cake, Justin surprised his new bride with a flash mob to the hit ‘Shut up and Dance With Me’. Ashley was surprised, and learned the moves with ease – a trait of her Zumba-amazing instructor-ness of course! 😉
