If there is one thing I’ve learned being a mother and a professional photographer its to expect the unexpected. Like everyone else I go online and look at all the awesome newborn photographers out there. They inspire me so much. I am always so stunned at how those beautiful little heads are placed in the hands just perfectly so. I can say that behind every baby photographer is an abundant food supply, small space heater, and a constant noise of ‘shhh shhh shhh’ thanks to the incredible Dr Harvey Karp. Needless to say its always an adventure. Alas, poor baby Quinn was having a rough day. After the three items above resulted in minimal success I’m not ashamed to say that we resorted to the Mama body pillow, which worked incredibly well! So well in fact that I won’t be hesitating in the future! This is the first of many shoots and I am looking forward to being her *exclusive* photographer. 🙂
