Marta + Austin first came to me through one of my co-workers who thought they would love my work. (Thank you Mary!!) When we met we discussed all the wonderful plans they had, and discussed how their day centered on celebration and family, I couldn’t be more excited. These two met in high school, and live in Chicopee, which is also where I live. When they told me that all their wedding plans would also take place in chicopee, I knew we were meant to be!  I can’t tell you how NICE it was come wedding day to take a quick drive over to their house for their getting ready photos. I felt like I was just headed across town to visit a friend! 🙂

Marta has a smile that lights up a room. You may remember this from their Spark Session this past summer! Being able to photograph such a beautiful bride filled with joy she was on her special day made me to happy. Her dress was absolutely stunning (as you’ll see!) and the flowers she chose were a perfect for fall.  Seeing the happiness across Marta’s face when she saw + Austin was enough to bring a light mist to anyone’s eyes. I loved seeing the joy on their faces as they hugged relatives and friends for coming to their day. It made my heart happy, and so grateful for the opportunity to be able to work with a couple with such amazing family values.
