My dear friend Mike Keo of The Terrible Child Photography connected me with Joanna + Alex, which are two of his best friends. He couldn’t photograph the wedding himself because he was going to be in it. I am so happy he did, because I had such an awesome time photographing their wedding.  Joanna + Alex (Salas) had a clear vision for their wedding. Joanna wanted a traditional yet modern style that celebrated a true uniting of their two families, but also center on tradition and culture. Alex has an awesome sense of humor and always keeps everyone around him laughing. This couple has a fun outlook on everything, and they surround themselves with people who have the same zest for life. Working with them and being able to document their day was amazing. Their celebration was fun, and joyful, with every single guest smiling from ear to ear.
