I first met Mark + Erin nearly 8 years ago. Mark’s parents lived across the street from us, and we grew so close that our children call them Uncle Pop and Auntie Noni. As time went on, we met Mark and Erin, their youngest son and his wife. We all hit it off immediately! Through the years we had children, and each time they came over to visit we would pop by and say hello. Auntie Non and Uncle Pop have since moved, but we have the fondest memories of them as our neighbors. We miss them terribly every day.

When Erin said she wanted to do a family shoot with me, I was so excited. I have known these guys for quite some time, and being able to photograph people I know is always a treat. I couldn’t believe how much Ella and Aidan have grown! It feels like I blinked and we had just had our kids! Before we know it, they will be graduating high school! On the day of the shoot, we had the most perfect weather! The trees were at peak colors, and they seemed to illuminate the park as they magically do in the fall in New England. Here are my favorites from this special family’s shoot!
