When Meredith reached out because she wanted to do a Grow session when she and her family were in town, I was all about it. After all, Meredith and Jeff are going to be family! (My brother is marrying Jeff’s sister! More on that later!) These guys live down in Virginia, and they were on vacation up in one of my favorite states: Vermont. They planned to stop in Western Massachusetts before they headed back home, and wanted to squeeze in some family photos… in a mountain-esque location… wherever I thought was good… as the sun is setting… on a nice summer evening… Hmmm…. Okay, twist may arm! 😁

As life would have it, this was only the second time that I have physically met Mer, Jeff, and the boys. Luckily for us we have been able to have an entire friendship through social media, which has been a blast! I feel as though I have been able to get to know their family although we live so far apart. Come session day I had already learned about the boys’ personalities, and it was all about having fun, and grabbing those great in between moments that only happen in family sessions when everyone’s having a blast!
